Bridget Davidson is a co-owner at Pique, where she provides executive leadership and strategic guidance to professional associations and nonprofit organizations. With more than 20 years of experience helping organizations achieve their goals, including executive-level roles within professional associations, she has extensive expertise in organizational leadership, governance, strategic planning, financial management, membership engagement, and conference and event management.

DAVID VAN BALLEGOOIJEN

David Van Ballegooijen is a co-owner at Pique, and is experienced across finance, operations, human resources, technology, and program delivery. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, nonprofit governance, grant administration, organizational development, and operational leadership.

TEILA LEIGHTON

Teila Leighton is a co-owner at Pique, and is an experienced outreach, contract, and operations professional who provides strategic support to associations, nonprofit organizations, and public-sector partners. With nearly a decade of experience, Teila has extensive expertise in contract and RFP management, partnership development, content creation, digital marketing, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
